Effective January 1, 2026, Customer Impact is making two changes to how reps are paid and how soon they will get paid.

Customer Impact will remove PayPal as a payment option and only provide payment via direct deposit.

Direct deposits will be made to a bank account or a pre-paid debit card with routing and account numbers (PayPal Debit Card, Netspend, Greendot, etc.).
This will begin with all payments made in January for work completed in December.

We are excited to announce that all payments will now be paid on the 15th of the following month, 10 days sooner than the current process.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or federal holiday, then payment will be made the following business day.

We encourage you to begin changing from PayPal to direct deposit now.

Click 'My Profile' at the top of the page to get to your account information.
Under 'Payment Information', select Bank/Direct Deposit, and enter your bank information there.
Scroll to the bottom and press 'Save Changes.'

Shop Comments PROJECT GOALS: To replenish & merchandise the stuffed animals & take photos of organized display. Standard visits should take about 30 minutes.

If a display needs to be built, please build it on this visit and we will add $20 to your pay for building the round spinner display, $15 for the round bouncer display $10 for the square bouncers/side panel displays
TIME: Begins Saturday, August 1st, 2026. You may visit any day of the week, including weekends, from 7 am-7 pm.

APP REQUIRED: The report for this project is completed using the GoSpotCheck App. You MUST GoSpotCheck and complete this project. When assigned (if you are new to the app), you may receive an email from GoSpotCheck inviting you to download the App. You should be able to see the locations assigned to you on the first day the project begins. Submit the mission in the GoSpotCheck app- you must submit accurate data & CLEAR photos in order to ensure payment. Once you complete the mission, you simply need to log on to your shop log and submit the verification form letting us know you have completed it.

GUIDELINES: If assigned, you MUST DOWNLOAD THE GUIDELINES on your shop log to view the instructions, due dates and planograms provided to assist you.

SHOPPER PAY: All assigned tasks must be completed to receive credit for completion. If we request that you return to correct a location, you MUST return to the location to receive credit for completion. New in 2026 – Quicker pay! All payments will be made by the 15th of the month following a month work was completed. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be made the following business day. All payments will be made only via Direct Deposit (Bank) for US reps. If you are currently paid via PayPal, please go to your profile and update it to Bank.
